"Heart Sword" The reclusive swordmaster known as the Sword Transcendent
Qingxiao is a reclusive swordmaster the world knows as the "Sword Transcendent". She is unrivaled with both the qin and the sword, holds Xuanfang Hold's symbolic title of Xuan Paragon and has protected these lands for over a hundred years. Although she seems cold and distant, she is the master of the "Heart Sword" technique, which turns her thoughts into thousands of flying swords. She is an Aero Resonator who wields a Sword. With her Sheathed and Drawn stances, she fills Qin Heart and Sword Cadence, enters Ephemeral Transcendence and fights while flying on her sword. The Mindlock stacks that build up through the Tune Strain - Interfered her team applies multiply her damage, which makes her the Main DPS of Tune Strain teams.
Qingxiao is a limited 5★ Resonator who arrived in the first phase of version 3.6 (August 20 to September 10, 2026) with the "Wind of Transcendence" banner. She does not drop from the standard banner, so she can only be pulled with Radiant Tide while her banner is active; a 5★ is guaranteed within 80 pulls, and your first 5★ has a 50% chance to be the featured character. Her signature weapon Glint of Clouds is pulled from the weapon banner.

5-piece: Inflicting Tune Strain - Shifting increases Crit. DMG by {0} and Aero DMG Bonus {1} for {2}s.
Applying Tune Strain - Shifting grants 20% Crit. DMG and 30% Aero DMG Bonus for 15 s. Qingxiao applies Tune Strain - Shifting constantly with her skills, so it is almost always active.
2-piece: Aero DMG + 10%.
5-piece: Aero DMG + 30% for 15s after releasing Intro Skill.
For when you do not have well-rolled Echoes from the new set. It gives 30% Aero DMG for 15 s after an Intro; in this case, use Nightmare: Feilian Beringal as the main Echo.

In the main slot, it gives 10% Aero DMG Bonus and adds another 10% for 15 s when you apply Tune Strain - Shifting. Its Echo Skill transforms to hit for 405% Aero DMG, and it belongs to the Heart of Evil's Purge set.
Use the 4-3-3-1-1 layout, and once Energy Regen is at 120-125%, stack crit stats. Most of her damage comes from Mindlock, so the right team matters at least as much as stats.
Her signature weapon. Besides its 36% Crit. Rate main stat and 12% ATK, it stacks an 11.2% Aero DMG Bonus as she applies Tune Strain - Shifting (5 times). At 5 stacks, the effect lasts 30 s and her Aero DMG ignores 10% of DEF.
A strong stat stick offering 24.3% Crit. Rate and 12% ATK; its passive applies only to Basic Attack damage, so its real value is its raw stats.

In her four-hit Stringblade combo, the 1st and 4th hits count as Sheathed Stance and the 2nd and 3rd hits count as Drawn Stance; in mid-air, she can use a separate 3-hit combo and Sword Glide. Once Qin Heart and Sword Cadence are full, the held Heavy Attack - Stringblade spends both and puts Qingxiao into the Ephemeral Transcendence state.
Severing Note: Judgement deals Aero DMG and grants 45 Qin Heart. If used during the 2nd-3rd Basic Attack hit or a Dodge Counter, it turns into Severing Note: Ascendant, which counts as Drawn Stance and fills Sword Cadence.
In Ephemeral Transcendence, her Basic Attack and Dodge Counter are enhanced and fill Heart Sword Intent; at 100, it unlocks Heaven's Reckoning, a big Heavy Attack that ends the state. As the team applies Tune Strain - Interfered, Mindlock builds up on the target (up to 15). Each stack amplifies the damage taken from Qingxiao's main attacks by 2%, with an extra 5% for the first 7 stacks. Entering combat and her Liberation grant Heaven's Clarity. Her resources fill twice as fast, and Heavy Attack - Stringblade applies 3 Mindlock and increases the multiplier of the next Heaven's Reckoning by 100%.
Brings down a single powerful Aero strike; it can also be used in mid-air when close to the ground. Using it refreshes Heaven's Clarity, and the Mindlock stacks on the target also amplify this hit's damage.
Deals Aero DMG as she enters the field, grants 30 Sword Cadence and gives Resonant Chime, so the next Severing Note: Judgement fills 30 extra Qin Heart. It also grants one Swordlight Ward stack and puts Qingxiao into Sword Flight.
When leaving the field, she performs a single powerful hit that deals Aero DMG equal to 800% of her ATK; it does not buff the next character or the team.
When an enemy carrying Mindlock is killed, Qingxiao gains Gathered Mind equal to the number of Mindlock stacks on the target (up to 15, for 30 s). When the team hits a new target, that much Mindlock is applied directly, so the stacks carry over from enemy to enemy; Tune Breaks also add one extra Tune Strain - Interfered stack to the target.
This is the second layer of Mindlock. The same main attacks deal 2% more damage per stack on the target (an extra 5% for the first 7 stacks). When Tune Strain - Interfered is applied to Overlord and Calamity class enemies, one more Mindlock stack is added.
The damage she deals with her skills applies Tune Strain - Shifting to the target, and Qingxiao can respond to Tune Strain - Interfered. For each Interfered stack on the target, every point of Tune Break Boost increases the total damage she deals to that target by 0.12%. While she is on the team, the target's Interfered stack limit increases by 1; after a Tune Break, she can continue the combo by pressing Basic Attack.
Get her signature weapon Glint of Clouds first. Her first Sequence target is S2, which gives the biggest jump in damage because the Mindlock limit rises to 25. S3 strengthens her Liberation, while S6 is the ceiling that boosts all of her big hits.
Crit. Rate increases by 16%, and Swordlight Ward stacks 2 times. She gains 25 Exorcising Seals when entering combat. When a Basic or Mid-air Attack hits, the stacks are spent to trigger Juque Perdition, which deals Aero DMG equal to 400% of her ATK, and each stack spent increases this hit's damage by 4%.
Heavy Attack - Stringblade's multiplier increases by 40%; the Mindlock and Gathered Mind limit rises to 25, and the Heavy Attack in Heaven's Clarity applies 6 Mindlock.
Her Liberation's Crit. DMG increases by 100%. During Heavy Attack - Stringblade, she gains World in Chorus stacks equal to the highest Mindlock count, and each stack increases the Heaven's Reckoning multiplier by 3%. Gathered Mind now applies 2 Tune Strain - Interfered.

Targets take 40% more damage from Heavy Attack - Stringblade, Heaven's Reckoning, her Liberation and Juque Perdition. Juque Perdition also benefits from the Mindlock bonuses, and her Tune Strain - Interfered response becomes 20% stronger.
Denia provides up to 40% DMG Amplification with her high Tune Break Boost and her Outro in Tune Strain mode. Mornye fills Mindlock quickly with 25% All DMG Amplification and extra Tune Strain application.
Sanhua strengthens her Stringblade combos with her quick rotation and 38% Basic Attack buff; Mornye takes care of Tune Strain application and team damage.

Yes, with the right team, she is one of the highest-damage Main DPS characters in the game. However, she depends on her team, since without supports that apply Tune Strain - Interfered, Mindlock does not build up and her damage drops noticeably.
The strongest lineup is Qingxiao + Denia + Mornye. Without Denia, you can use Lynae, or Sanhua for a faster hypercarry setup; Mornye stays on the team either way.
For Ascension, she needs Forged Empyrean's Sigh, which drops from Calamity Effigy, Blade Blossom and Autopuppet Kernels. For skills, she uses the Polarizer series, Autopuppet Kernels and We Who Question, which drops from the weekly boss Denia.
