Drag the characters from the pool into the S, A, B, C, D, F rows above. S means the strongest or a favorite and F the weakest; the ranking depends entirely on your meta and play style. When you are done, save the image with Download PNG and share your list with Copy link.
The list is kept up to date with 58 resonators; new resonators drop into the pool automatically. Drag and drop works with your finger on mobile too.
In Wuthering Waves a resonator's value shows inside a team, not on its own. The main DPS deals most of the damage, the sub DPS steps in briefly and leaves an effect, while supports and healers keep the combo alive. That is why ranking role by role is more accurate than throwing everyone into one bag.
Element and weapon steer your picks too: Two resonators of the same element strengthen each other in a team, and the weapon type decides who benefits from the upgrades you have. The pool holds the current roster; hover over a card to see its element, weapon and role.
Common questions
What should a Wuthering Waves tier list be based on?
Roles work best: Main DPS units are ranked against each other and supports against each other. Otherwise a great support ends up unfairly low next to a high-damage attacker.
Is a 5-star resonator always better?
Not always. Some 4-star resonators can stand in for 5-stars in the right team, and they are much easier to upgrade.
