Iuno is the 127th priestess of the Tetragon Temple, a born Resonator who refuses to bow to the path fate has drawn for her and can turn moonlight into solid arrows. She wields Gauntlets with the Aero element; in the Half Moon phase of her Lunar Cycle she gathers Sentience with Moonring, and in New Moon she spends that power with Moonbow on attacks that count as Resonance Liberation damage. Once Concerto is full, she sets up the healing Full Moon Domain with Absolute Fullness; her Outro grants 50% Heavy Attack DMG Amplification, which makes her the best partner for Heavy Attack carries like Augusta and Jingran.
Iuno is a limited 5★ Resonator and can only be pulled with Radiant Tide while her banner is active. She first arrived on September 17, 2025 with the "Across Time's Waxes and Wanes" banner in the second phase of Version 2.6, and got reruns in the second phase of Version 3.0 and the first phase of 3.3. You are guaranteed a 5★ within 80 pulls, and your first 5★ has a 50% chance of being the featured character.
3-piece: Upon gaining a Shield, increase the Resonator's ATK by {0} and Crit. DMG by {1} for {3}s. This effect can be triggered once every {4}s and stacks up to {2} times.
Iuno gains a shield on almost every move during her combo, so she easily fills the set's ATK and Crit. DMG stacks.
2-piece: Aero DMG + 10%.
For the two slots next to Crown of Valor: Aero DMG +10%. Any other 2-piece set that gives Aero DMG works too.
2-piece: Energy Regen + {0}.
5-piece: Upon using Outro Skill, increases the ATK of the next Resonator by 22.5% for 15s.
If you would rather give up your own damage and pass more buffs to the main DPS, use 5-piece Moonlit Clouds with Impermanence Heron; it is also a good stopgap set before you reach Sanguis Plateaus.
Lady of the Sea
In the main slot it grants 12% Aero DMG and a 12% Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus; it counts toward the Crown of Valor set, and since it is a summon-type Echo, you can use it at any point in the combo.
Use a 4-3-3-1-1 layout and get 120-125% Energy Regen so Liberation is ready every rotation. Moonbow attacks count as Resonance Liberation damage, so in substats a Liberation bonus is worth more than a Heavy Attack bonus.
Signature weapon. Grants 36% Crit. Rate and 12% ATK; it gives Resonance Liberation DMG +20% for 15 s after Intro or Liberation, and the DEF ignore that stacks as she gains shields stays active at all times thanks to Iuno's frequent shields.
Xiangli Yao's signature weapon; with 24.3% Crit. Rate and a 48% Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus after Liberation that Resonance Skills can extend, it is the closest alternative to her signature.
Zani's signature weapon; its 48.6% Crit. DMG, 12% ATK and DEF ignore after Basic Attack are useful, while the Spectro Frazzle part goes to waste on Iuno.

Normally she performs a three-hit Aero combo with Moonring. In the New Moon phase of her Lunar Cycle, her attacks switch to Moonbow; this three-hit combo and Moonbow - Dodge Counter count as Resonance Liberation damage and can also be used in mid-air.
Pulse of Origins dashes forward and deals Aero damage. For 5 s after the 3rd Moonring hit, Intro or Pulse of Origins, it turns into Closing Refrain and starts the Lunar Cycle; in Half Moon it becomes Unfinished Refrain, and in New Moon it becomes Arc Beyond the Edge with 2 charges. Arc Beyond the Edge counts as Resonance Liberation damage and instantly gets Iuno back on her feet after she is hit.
In the Lunar Cycle, the jump button turns into Heavy Attack - Flux and switches between Half Moon and New Moon. In Half Moon, Moonring hits gather Sentience (up to 100); in New Moon, Moonbow attacks spend it to raise their multiplier, grant extra Concerto Energy and heal the team. Once Concerto is full, Heavy Attack turns into Absolute Fullness, which sets up the Full Moon Domain; any character who gains a shield in the domain receives a 4% Blessing of the Wan Light stack (up to 10 times).
Deals Aero damage and directly starts the Lunar Cycle; it can also be used in mid-air. It grants 60 Sentience and, through the Derivation passive, instantly gives 5 Blessing of the Wan Light stacks, so it is used right after switching to New Moon.
Deals Aero damage on entry. It grants 40 Sentience, turns her Resonance Skill into Closing Refrain and, through the Derivation passive, provides 5 Blessing of the Wan Light stacks; you should always enter the rotation with Intro.
Deals Aero damage to the target, and the next character gains 50% Heavy Attack DMG Amplification for 14 s (it ends when they leave the field). Using Outro during Absolute Fullness doesn't interrupt the attack, and the effect is still applied.

When the target's Off-Tune level is full, Iuno can perform the Gauntlets-specific Tune Break attack. A mechanic shared by all Resonators that creates an extra damage opportunity on the staggered enemy.
If you play with Augusta or Jingran, S2 is by far the most valuable Sequence and a good stopping point for most players. If you plan to use Iuno as the main DPS, S3 and S6 increase her personal damage significantly.
ATK rises by 40% during the Lunar Cycle; inside the Full Moon Domain she gains 1 Resonance Energy per second, and Arc Beyond the Edge and Absolute Fullness become immune to interruption.
Team members who reach 10 Blessing of the Wan Light stacks gain an extra 40% damage amplification; the biggest jump for Augusta and Jingran.
In the Lunar Cycle, Moonbow attacks and Arc Beyond the Edge are amplified by 65% (Amplify); the Moonbow combo doesn't reset even when it is interrupted by Arc Beyond the Edge.
Absolute Fullness gives the whole team a shield equal to 160% of Iuno's ATK that lasts 30 s.
Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus increases by 20%.
The multiplier of Absolute Fullness increases by 1600%; after using it, Iuno re-enters New Moon, gains 100 Sentience, and the cooldowns of Arc Beyond the Edge are reset.

3-piece Crown of Valor + 2-piece Sierra Gale is the best option; Iuno's frequent shields keep the Crown of Valor stacks full. Use Lady of the Sea as the main Echo; 5-piece Moonlit Clouds also works for a support-focused build.
Her signature weapon Moongazer's Sigil is the best; it combines Crit. Rate, ATK and Resonance Liberation bonuses. Alternatives are Verity's Handle and Blazing Justice, and on the 4★ side Aether Strike and Stonard.
Yes, she is one of the best Heavy Attack supports in the game: She heals, sets up shields and grants 50% Heavy Attack DMG Amplification with her Outro. Since she also deals considerable damage, she can be used as a main DPS with Lynae and Mornye, or with Ciaccona and Rover (Aero).
The best-known lineup is Augusta + Iuno + Shorekeeper; with Version 3.6, Jingran + Iuno + Shorekeeper has also become one of the strongest options. Other Heavy Attack DPS like Jiyan benefit from her Outro buff but cannot fill the Wan Light stacks.
