Who is Cantarella?
Cantarella is the thirty-sixth head of the ancient Fisalia family, renowned for its poisons; her power is not a toxin that kills but a hallucinogenic one that clouds the mind. She is a Havoc Resonator who wields a Rectifier. Her Heavy Attack puts her into the Mirage state, where her Phantom Sting hits spend Trance to build up Shiver, which she then bursts with Perception Drain while healing the whole team. Her Resonance Liberation gives the team Diffusion, so Dreamweavers perform Coordinated Attacks as the on-field character lands hits. Her Outro Skill amplifies the next character's Havoc DMG by 20% and Resonance Skill DMG by 25%, so she shines as both a support and a healer alongside Havoc Main DPS characters like Phrolova.

Cantarella skills
Normal Attack
Illusion Collapse
Consists of a three-hit Havoc combo, a Heavy Attack that spends Stamina and a Dodge Counter. While she has Trance, her Heavy Attack turns into Delusive Dive, which dives at the target and puts Cantarella into the Mirage state; this move can also be used in water.
Resonance Skill
Dance with Shadows
Normally deals Havoc DMG with Graceful Step and grants 1 Trance. In Mirage, it turns into Flickering Reverie, which counts as an Echo Skill and puts the target into Hazy Dream. The target is slowed, and Cantarella's next hit triggers Jolt, dealing extra Havoc DMG that counts as Basic Attack damage.
Forte Circuit
Between Illusion and Reality
Mirage lasts 8 s or ends when her Trance runs out. During it, her Basic Attacks turn into Phantom Sting; each hit converts 1 Trance into 1 Shiver and heals the team, and the 3rd hit triggers 3 Coordinated Attacks. At 3 Shiver, her Resonance Skill becomes Perception Drain, which heals the team. Abyssal Rebirth, which lasts 25 s after her Intro, grants Concerto Energy whenever the team uses Echo Skills.
Resonance Liberation
Beneath the Sea
Flowing Suffocation brings down a Havoc strike that counts as Basic Attack damage, counts as an Echo Skill cast and grants 3 Trance. The Diffusion it gives the team summons a Dreamweaver once per second for 30 s as the on-field character lands hits; these Coordinated Attacks come up to 21 times and count as Basic Attack damage.
Intro Skill
Cruise
Deals Havoc DMG as she enters the field with Ripple and grants 1 Trance; if you press Basic Attack right away, the combo starts directly from the 3rd hit. In Mirage, her Intro turns into Tidal Surge, which triggers 3 Coordinated Attacks on hit and resets the Phantom Sting combo.
Outro Skill
Gentle Tentacles
The next character's Havoc DMG is amplified by 20% and Resonance Skill DMG by 25%. The effect lasts 14 s and ends when you switch characters; it is very valuable for Main DPS characters who rely on Resonance Skill damage, such as Phrolova and Jinhsi.
Inherent Skill
"Cure"
Cantarella's Healing Bonus permanently increases by 20%. Thanks to this, her Phantom Sting and Perception Drain healing comfortably keeps the team alive.
Inherent Skill
"Poison"
Using an Echo Skill grants 6% Havoc DMG Bonus for 10 s, stacking up to 2 times. Flickering Reverie, Perception Drain and her Liberation also count as Echo Skill casts, so you fill the stacks easily.
Tune Break
Tune Break: Rectifier
When the target's Off-Tune level is full, Cantarella can perform the Rectifier-specific Tune Break attack. It is a shared mechanic that opens an extra damage window on the staggered enemy.
Cantarella sequences (Resonance Chain)
At S0, she is fully functional as a support and healer, so aim for her signature weapon Whispers of Sirens first. If you want to raise her own damage, S1 seriously improves her Trance economy and Resonance Skill multipliers, while S2 does the same for her Jolt damage.
S1
Embrace the Endless Waves
Every Resonance Skill cast grants 1 Trance; the multipliers of Graceful Step, Flickering Reverie and Perception Drain increase by 50%, and she is immune to interruption during Perception Drain.
S2
Surrender to the Illusive Reverie
Flowing Suffocation also puts the target into Hazy Dream, and the multiplier of the Jolts Cantarella triggers increases by 245%.
S3
Gaze into the Abyss
The Flowing Suffocation multiplier increases by 370%, and you enter the Mirage state directly after her Liberation.
S4
Behold Your Own Soul
Healing Bonus increases by 25% while in Mirage.
S5
Rest in Your Reflection
The maximum number of Dreamweavers that Diffusion can summon increases by 5 (from 21 to 26).
S6
Fall, Fall... and Fall Deeper into the Dream
The Phantom Sting multiplier increases by 80%; for 10 s after Flowing Suffocation, her damage ignores 30% of the target's DEF. During the first 1.2 s of Hazy Dream, hits that do not apply Hazy Dream do not trigger Jolt.
Cantarella's abilities that count as Echo Skills trigger Hecate's enhanced attacks while Phrolova is off the field, and her Outro amplifies Havoc and Resonance Skill damage. Qiuyuan increases the team's Echo Skill damage.
Both Roccia's and Cantarella's Outro buffs boost Camellya's Havoc DMG, and since Cantarella also heals the team, there is no need for a separate healer.
Cantarella's Coordinated Attacks give Jinhsi Incandescence, and the 25% Resonance Skill buff in her Outro lines up with Jinhsi's main damage. Verina heals and increases the team's damage.

Cantarella tips
Open the rotation with her Intro. You gain 1 Trance and start Abyssal Rebirth, which lasts 25 s; during it, the team's different Echo Skills give Cantarella Concerto Energy.
Before entering Mirage, bring your Trance close to 5 with Graceful Step, her Liberation and the 3rd Basic Attack. Mirage ends when Trance runs out, so the more stacks you enter with, the more efficiently you use the window.
In Mirage, put the target into Hazy Dream with Flickering Reverie, collect 3 Shiver with Phantom Stings and use Perception Drain. Only Cantarella's hits trigger Jolt; your teammates' attacks waste Hazy Dream.
Use her Liberation right before the Main DPS enters the field. Diffusion summons Dreamweavers from the on-field character's hits for 30 s, so Cantarella keeps dealing damage even when she is not on the field.
Hand off her Outro to a Main DPS who relies on Havoc or Resonance Skill damage; the 20% Havoc and 25% Resonance Skill Amplify helps characters like Phrolova, Jinhsi and Camellya the most.
Common questions
How do I get Cantarella?
Cantarella is a limited 5★ Resonator and can only be pulled with Radiant Tide while her banner is active. She first arrived in version 2.2 with the "Neptune's Lullaby" banner and got reruns in the second phases of 2.5 and 2.8.
What is the best Echo set for Cantarella?
The best option is 5-piece Midnight Veil, which deals extra Havoc DMG with the Outro and gives the next character 15% Havoc DMG. Use Lorelei as the main Echo; for a Coordinated Attack-focused build, Empyrean Anthem with Hecate is also a good alternative.
What is Cantarella's best weapon?
Her signature weapon Whispers of Sirens is by far the best; its Crit. DMG main stat and its Basic Attack bonus, which fills up with Echo Skill casts, are tailor-made for her. As alternatives, you can use Rime-Draped Sprouts, Stringmaster and Cosmic Ripples, and on the 4★ side Radiant Dawn and Augment.
Can Cantarella be used as a healer?
Yes. Her Phantom Sting hits and Perception Drain heal the whole team, and her "Cure" passive increases Healing Bonus by 20%. This lets her take on both the support and the healer role on her own in Phrolova teams.
Which team should I build for Cantarella?
The strongest lineup is Phrolova + Qiuyuan + Cantarella. She also works very well with Camellya and Roccia for Mono Havoc, and with Jinhsi and Verina for a Coordinated Attack-focused team.
What materials does Cantarella use?
For Ascension, she needs Cleansing Conch, which drops from Queen of the Night, the local specialty Seaside Cendrelis and Polygon Cores. For skills, she uses the Helix series, Polygon Cores and the weekly material When Irises Bloom, which drops from Fleurdelys; the full list with quantities is in the materials section.
