Rebecca is the second Edgerunner to arrive through the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration and Lucy's crewmate, a restless gunslinger who is always ready to blow her problems away with her shotgun. She wields Pistols with the Electro element. She switches between Huntress and Guts modes with her Resonance Skill and Intro, and once Fervor is full, she performs powerful Heavy Attacks that pull enemies in and riddle them with bullets. In her Liberation, she switches to the Mk. 31 HMG heavy machine gun and floods the area with fire. In the team she is a sub DPS: Her Outro gives the next character 15% All DMG Amplification and up to 35% Heavy Attack DMG Amplification, and she shares the Hack - Shifting mechanic with Lucy.

How to get Rebecca
Rebecca was the free character of the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration: Throughout version 3.4, anyone who reached Union Level 10 and logged in for 10 days during the "Instant Flashlight" event could claim her until July 9, 2026. For her Sequences there was the "Rekindled Embers of Rage" banner, which ran from June 8 to July 9, 2026; this banner used the collaboration-exclusive Dreamcatcher Tide, and its pity was shared with Lucy's banner. As of version 3.6, neither the event nor the banner has returned.

5-piece: Upon using Outro Skill, increases the ATK of the next Resonator by 22.5% for 15s.

Rebecca skills
Normal Attack
Mix-'n'-Match
Rebecca fights in two modes: In Huntress, she has a 3-hit Basic Attack and a Heavy Attack that consumes STA to fire continuously and counts as Basic Attack damage; in Guts, a 3-hit shotgun combo and a single-shot Heavy Attack. In both modes, pressing Dodge mid-attack triggers Tactical Dodge, which fires while evading; a successful dodge deals extra Electro damage.
Resonance Skill
Tactical Tweaks
In Huntress mode, It's Big Boomin' Time! closes in on the target, rains bullets on it and switches to Guts to blast it with the shotgun; in Guts mode, Come 'n' Get Me! uses the recoil to dash away and returns to Huntress. Each use switches modes, and its hits fill Fervor.
Forte Circuit
Gloves Are Comin' Off!
Huntress mode increases Crit. DMG by 30%, and Guts mode ignores 15% of the target's DEF. Attacks fill up to 120 Fervor; when it is full, the Heavy Attack turns into Rat-tat-tat! or Bang-bang-bang!, which pull enemies in, deal Basic Attack damage and apply Hack - Shifting. If you use the Intro or Resonance Skill while the self-filling Hot Hand is at 120, A Girl Gets What She Wants! activates and grants the bonuses of both modes at once for 12 s.
Resonance Liberation
Party 'til Dawn!
Switches to the Mk. 31 HMG and sets up a 9.5-second Stagnation field; the automatic fire counts as Basic Attack damage, and you can raise the firepower twice by pressing Normal Attack or Liberation. During this time Rebecca cannot move but gains 50% damage reduction and interruption immunity; when the mode ends or Overload fills to 90, the BOOM! Fireworks! blast follows, which also applies Hack - Shifting.
Intro Skill
My Turn!
She has two different entries depending on her mode: In Huntress she closes in, rains bullets and switches to Guts; in Guts she dashes back with the recoil and returns to Huntress. Both Intros apply Hack - Shifting; if Hot Hand is full, they start A Girl Gets What She Wants! and grant 50 Fervor.
Outro Skill
Preem Choom
Sets up a turret that fires at enemies for 14 s. Through Edgerunner Bonds, the next character gains 15% All DMG Amplification for 14 s and, thanks to Overlimit stacking every 0.2 s, up to 35% Heavy Attack DMG Amplification; Lucy receives all of these stacks instantly and can make the turret short-lived but much stronger.
Inherent Skill
Tag, You're It!
When A Girl Gets What She Wants! triggers or Rat-tat-tat!/Bang-bang-bang! is used, she gains 10% ATK for 12 s (stacks 2 times). When a teammate applies Hack - Shifting, that character's Tune Break Boost increases by 30 for 30 s.
Inherent Skill
Left an Opening!
Rat-tat-tat! and Bang-bang-bang! become more resistant to interruption. When the Resonance Liberation is used, the ATK of all nearby teammates increases by 20% for 30 s; a large part of Rebecca's support value comes from this passive.
Tune Break
Hack - Meltdown
She can perform a Tune Break on a target whose Off-Tune level is full. When a teammate's Tune Break triggers Hack - Interfered, Rebecca responds with Meltdown, an Electro explosion that counts as Hack damage, on the affected targets in range (once every 8 s per target).
Rebecca sequences (Resonance Chain)
Her free S0 version handles her job in the team comfortably. If you pull for copies, the most valuable stop is S2, because it gives the whole team 20% All-Attribute DMG Bonus and 15% All DMG Amplification with Hack - Shifting; S6 significantly increases her personal damage.
S1
Try Not to Get in the Way!
The multipliers of Basic Attack, Heavy Attack, Tactical Dodge and Dodge Counter in Huntress and Guts modes increase by 50%; A Girl Gets What She Wants! grants 3 Street Smarts stacks, and Tactical Dodge restores 20 STA per stack. BOOM! Fireworks! becomes immune to interruption.
S2
Oh, Hey Choom!
After an Intro or Liberation, the whole team gains 20% All-Attribute DMG Bonus for 30 s; teammates who apply Hack - Shifting also gain 15% All DMG Amplification for 30 s.
S3
Don't Sweat Your Six!
The multipliers of Party 'til Dawn! and BOOM! Fireworks! increase by 60% and the blast area expands by 30%; Intros instantly grant 120 Hot Hand.
S4
Got Ya Covered!
The mode bonuses she gets from A Girl Gets What She Wants! become 60% stronger.
S5
Dreamin' on the Edge
Applying Hack - Shifting grants 20% Basic Attack DMG Bonus for 8 s.
S6
Maybe, Just Maybe...
Basic Attack DMG Bonus from all sources increases by 40%; during Rat-tat-tat!/Bang-bang-bang!, she lands an extra hit for 900% of ATK. She does not go down from a fatal blow and restores a flat 2077 HP 5 times (once every 10 minutes); after more than 4 s out of combat, she gains 120 Fervor.
Hack - Shifting is unique to this duo: Rebecca's Outro instantly gives Lucy 35% Heavy Attack DMG Amplification, and Lucy's Outro boosts Rebecca's Basic Attack damage. Mornye completes the team with 25% All DMG Amplification.
Rebecca's Heavy Attack buff is tailor-made for the big hits of Yangyang: Xuanling; Chisa raises the targets' Havoc Bane stack cap, feeding her passives.
Like any main DPS that relies on Heavy Attacks, Jingran gets a big boost from Rebecca's Outro; Shorekeeper provides healing and a crit bonus.

Rebecca tips
Basic loop: Three Basic Attacks in Guts, switch to Huntress with the Resonance Skill for two Basic Attacks, then Rat-tat-tat! with full Fervor; after that, Liberation and Outro.
When Hot Hand reaches 120, use the Intro or Resonance Skill to activate A Girl Gets What She Wants!; for 12 s you get 30% Crit. DMG and 15% DEF ignore together.
During the Liberation, tap Normal Attack at intervals to raise the Mk. 31 HMG's firepower twice; the stronger fire also fills Overload faster.
Use Tactical Dodge as an escape between combos; a successful dodge deals extra damage and does not break your attack flow.
Use the Outro right before the main DPS's Heavy Attack window: Overlimit stacks build every 0.2 s up to 35%, while Lucy gets them all instantly.
Use the Liberation every rotation; the Left an Opening! passive increases the ATK of all nearby teammates by 20% for 30 s.
Common questions
How do you get Rebecca?
Rebecca was given out for free during the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration (version 3.4): Reaching Union Level 10 and logging in for 10 days during the "Instant Flashlight" event was enough. The "Rekindled Embers of Rage" banner opened for her Sequences; the event and the banner ended on July 9, 2026 and had not returned as of 3.6.
What is the best Echo set for Rebecca?
Use Reminiscence - Nightmare: Adam Smasher in the main slot for 1-piece Shadow of Shattered Dreams, alongside 2-piece Void Thunder and 2-piece Reel of Spliced Memories (or Lingering Tunes). If you want to play her as a pure support, 5-piece Moonlit Clouds with Impermanence Heron is also an option.
What is Rebecca's best weapon?
Her signature weapon Skull Thrasher is the best: Besides a 72% Crit. DMG main stat, it gives the team 24% ATK. Alternatives include the standard Phasic Homogenizer and Static Mist, Spectrum Blaster or the 4★ Solar Flame.
Is Rebecca good, and is it worth pulling for her copies?
Even her free S0 version is a strong sub DPS in Heavy Attack teams and does her job. If you pull for copies, S2, which gives the team a big buff, is the most sensible stop; S6 is mostly for personal damage.
Which team should you build for Rebecca?
The best team is Lucy + Rebecca + Mornye; Hack - Shifting is unique to this duo. Her Outro boosts Heavy Attack damage, so she also works very well with Heavy Attack DPS units such as Yangyang: Xuanling and Jingran.
What materials does Rebecca use?
For Ascension she needs Nightmare Flashdrive from Nightmare: Adam Smasher, Past Reveries and Mech Cores. Her skills use the Combustor series, Mech Cores and We Who Question from the weekly boss Denia.
