Luuk Herssen is a limited 5★ Resonator; he first arrived in the second phase of version 3.1 with the "When Winter Thaws" banner that opened on February 26, 2026. He does not appear on the standard banner, so you can only pull him with Radiant Tides while his banner is active. A 5★ is guaranteed within 80 pulls; your first 5★ has a 50% chance of being the featured character, and if you lose the 50/50, the next 5★ is guaranteed.

The strongest option is Luuk Herssen + Denia (Tune Strain mode) + Mornye. A Tune Break core with Lynae and Mornye, or a hypercarry team with Sanhua for her Basic Attack buff, also works well.
