🧱 Minecraft block and structure commands
From placing a single block to cloning a whole build: Every tool for shaping the world with commands.
The fill command is the biggest speed boost for building. You give two corners and the box between them fills with the block you want. It has options such as a hollow box, only the outer shell, or replacing just one specific block. The number of blocks a single command can handle is limited, so you need to split very large areas into parts.
The clone command moves or duplicates a build exactly as it is. Its option that ignores air blocks in the source is perfect for placing a building without wrecking the terrain at the destination.
The sound and particle commands do not change the game, but they are the best storytelling tools a map maker has: Playing a sound when a door opens or marking a secret spot with particles takes a single line.

Common questions
How do I clear the area around me?
Give the /fill command two corner coordinates and air as the block, and everything in between is deleted. Remember the limit of 32768 blocks per command.
Can I move my house somewhere else?
Yes, that is what the /clone command is for. Add the move option at the end and it also deletes the source after copying, so you have moved it.
