Every skill is set with the same pattern. First stats.set_skill_level, then the skill's code name, then the level. The tricky part is getting the code name right, because the Cooking skill's code name is HomestyleCooking, not Cooking. The generator on this page does that for you: Pick from the list and the command is ready. Children's and toddlers' skills use separate codes and lower level caps.

In this age group skills go up to level 5, while Potty ends at 3. The skills are Communication, Imagination, Movement, Thinking and Potty.
