In The Sims 4 a pregnancy normally lasts three in-game days, and the game decides how many babies are born. The codes here put both in your hands. With the sims.add_buff command you can make a Sim pregnant, move them to any trimester or start labor right away. Twins and triplets use pregnancy.force_offspring_count, but that command asks for the Sim's ID number rather than their name.
Paste the ID number and pick the number of babies.
pregnancy.force_offspring_count {kimlik} {adet}
The sims.get_sim_id_by_name First Last command gives you the ID. Do not pick more babies than the household has free slots.

Pregnancy and baby cheats: Common questions
How do you get pregnant with cheats in The Sims 4?
Type testingcheats true in the console, select the Sim who should be pregnant and type sims.add_buff buff_pregnancy_trimester1. The Sim starts the pregnancy in the first trimester. The command applies to whichever Sim is selected, so make sure you picked the right one first.
How do I get twins or triplets?
First find the pregnant Sim's ID with the sims.get_sim_id_by_name First Last command. Then type pregnancy.force_offspring_count and add the ID and the number of babies, 2 for twins and 3 for triplets. A household holds at most 8 Sims, so the number of babies should not exceed the free slots.
How long does a pregnancy last, and can a code shorten it?
A normal pregnancy lasts three in-game days. With buff_pregnancy_trimester2 and buff_pregnancy_trimester3 you can skip the stages in between, and buff_pregnancy_inlabor starts labor without any wait.
Why are the pregnancy cheats not working?
First check that you typed testingcheats true and entered the code with the right Sim selected. Some players report these codes stopped responding after certain patches, while others say they work fine. If they fail, update the game, turn off your mods and try again.
