Sets the coordinates where a player wakes up after dying.
Syntax
/spawnpoint
/spawnpoint <targets>
/spawnpoint <targets> <pos> [<angle>]
Parts in square brackets are optional, parts in angle brackets are required. You do not type the brackets: Put your own value in their place.
Arguments
| Argument | What it does |
|---|---|
| <targets> | The player whose spawn point is set. |
| <pos> | The new spawn point. Leave it out to use the spot where the command's sender is standing. |
Examples
/spawnpoint

/spawnpoint @a 0 64 0
Moves everyone's spawn point to the base.
Good to know
- Overrides the bed location; it changes again when the player sleeps in a new bed.
- For the world's general spawn point, use setworldspawn.
