If you have operator permission, the O key opens the screen for changing game mode. You need to type /op self first.

Hytale: Creative mode keys
Some cheats are keys, not commands. If you have permission, the O key opens the game mode screen. In Creative mode, pressing Space twice lets you fly; there is no separate fly command. The B key opens the creative tools.

How do you fly in Hytale?

Can I switch to Creative mode without a command?
You can pick Creative mode when you create the world. In an existing world, the O key opens the game mode screen once you have typed /op self.
