/pos1
Marks the first corner of the area you will copy or change. The second corner is set with /pos2.

The building tools in Creative mode also have command equivalents. You select an area by its two corners, copy it and paste it somewhere else. You undo a wrong move with /undo and redo it with /redo. Like the other commands, these need permission.

Sets the second corner of a selection
/pos2
Marks the opposite corner of the selection. Everything between the two corners is selected.
Copies the selected area
/copy
Copies the area you selected with /pos1 and /pos2. To copy it and remove the original, use /cut.
Pastes what you copied
/paste
Pastes the structure on your clipboard.
Undoes your last building action
/undo
Undoes the last change you made with the building tools. To redo what you undid, type /redo.

What do I need for the building commands?
Permission. In a single-player world, typing /op self is enough; on a server, the server owner grants it. Working in Creative mode is easier with large structures, because you can fly to the two corners of the area.
Can I undo a structure I broke by mistake?
You undo changes made with the building tools using /undo. To redo something you undid, type /redo.
