Fills the outer ring of your health, stamina and Dead Eye meters. Unlike the refill code, its effect lasts much longer.
The code is not accepted until you buy the newspaper.
Gives infinite Dead Eye
Be greedy only for foresight
The Dead Eye meter never runs out. You can aim in slow motion nonstop during gunfights.
Raises your Honor level
Virtue unearned is not virtue
Pulls the Honor bar toward the good side. It affects some scenes at the end of the story and how characters treat you.
The code is not accepted until you buy the newspaper. Honor really does affect the story, so think twice before using it on your first playthrough.
Moves your Honor level to the middle
Balance. All is balance
Brings the Honor bar to the neutral point. Neither good nor bad, right in the middle.
Character cheats: Common questions
What is the difference between refilling and fortifying?
Refilling tops up your meters from where they are right now. Fortifying fills the outer ring of the meters, so your health and stamina drain much more slowly for a while. They are two different codes.
Does using the Honor code change the story?
Your Honor level affects some scenes at the end of the story and how characters treat you. Raising or lowering Honor with a code has the same effect, so it really does change your story experience.
Can Dead Eye be infinite?
Yes, there is a separate code that never drains the Dead Eye meter. You can aim in slow motion nonstop during gunfights.
