In GTA 3 you can pick the weather with a code. Type SKINCANCERFORME for sun, ILIKESCOTLAND for clouds, ILOVESCOTLAND for rain and PEASOUP for fog. MADWEATHER speeds up the clock and the weather cycle. You can also change the game speed, as BOOOOORING slows it down and TIMEFLIESWHENYOU speeds it up. These codes are handy for taking screenshots or setting up a scene.
