To shake off the police in Liberty City you type NOPOLICEPLEASE, and for more police MOREPOLICEPLEASE. This section also has codes that change how pedestrians behave, such as ITSALLGOINGMAAAD, which makes them fight each other, and NOBODYLIKESME, which turns everyone against you. These two codes cannot be undone, so keep a clean save before using them. The big head mode exclusive to the Definitive Edition is here too.

Raises your wanted level. For players who want a big firefight with the police.
Makes pedestrians riot
ITSALLGOINGMAAAD
Pedestrians attack each other and may attack you too.
This code cannot be undone. To get rid of it you need to load a save from before you entered the code.
Turns pedestrians against you
NOBODYLIKESME
Every pedestrian becomes hostile toward you.

Arms pedestrians
WEAPONSFORALL
Newly spawned pedestrians may come armed. Type the code again and pedestrians spawn unarmed once more.
Turns on big head mode
EXPANDDOME
Pedestrians' heads grow. This code exists only in the Definitive Edition.
