These are the most used commands in the Fallout 4 console. It helps to know the difference between god mode and immortal mode. The walk-through-walls command is the fastest way out when you get stuck in the scenery somewhere in the wasteland.

Turns on immortal mode

You take damage and your health drops, but you do not die. Unlike god mode, you still feel the damage.
Lets you walk through walls
tcl
Collision turns off and you pass through walls and floors. The fastest way to get free when you are stuck somewhere.
If you leave the map while this is on, getting back is hard, so remember to turn it off.
Unlocks the selected lock or terminal
unlock
With the console open, click a door, safe or terminal, then type this command. No bobby pins or hacking needed.
Kills the selected target
kill
With the console open, click the target, then type this command. The target dies instantly.
Killing quest characters can break quest progression.
Kills everyone around you
killall
Every enemy and character nearby dies. For getting out of a tough raid.
Friendly characters and traders die too, which can permanently break their quests.
Resurrects the selected dead character
resurrect
Brings back a quest character you killed by accident. Click the body with the console open, then type the command.
Stops characters from detecting you
tdetect
Nobody can see or hear you. It makes stealth missions and stealing completely easy.

What is the difference between god mode and immortal mode?
In god mode you take no damage at all, and your ammo and carry weight become unlimited too. In immortal mode you take damage and your health drops, but you do not die. God mode is the more complete of the two.
I am stuck somewhere. What should I do?
Turn on the walk-through-walls command, get out of the spot you are stuck in, then turn the command off. It is the standard fix for getting stuck in the scenery in Bethesda games.
How do I open a locked door or terminal?
With the console open, click the door or terminal, then type the unlock command. It opens without using bobby pins or hacking.
