Puts any item in your backpack
giveself <item name> 6 1 true
Replace the item name with the game's internal name. The numbers are quality (1 to 6) and amount, and the true at the end puts the item in your backpack.
In 7 Days to Die, you get items with the giveself command. Items are written with the game's internal name, not the name you see in game: The sniper rifle is gunRifleT3SniperRifle and the first aid kit is medicalFirstAidKit. If you do not know the name, type listitems and part of it in the console. The numbers after the name are quality and amount; the true at the end puts the item in your backpack instead of dropping it.
Most codes here need cheats turned on first. See the section on how to open the console.

giveself casinoCoin 1 1000 true
Puts Dukes casino tokens, the game's money, in your backpack. For another amount, type the number you want instead of 1000.
