Supercell’s long-running strategy hit Clash of Clans handles codes differently from most mobile games, though. Plenty of websites share the following codes as “Clash of Clans Store codes,” but they actually belong to Clash Royale:

If you play both games, you can redeem them for Clash Royale through the Supercell Store. They won’t give you anything in Clash of Clans.
How to redeem a code in the Supercell Store
- Open the Supercell Store in your browser.
- Log in with the Supercell ID linked to your Clash of Clans account.
- Pick Clash of Clans from the list of Supercell games.
- Scroll down to the “Redeem Store Code” field and enter the code.
- Confirm, and the rewards will be added to your in-game account.

In-game events: Check the “Events” tab in the bottom right every day. Winter season tasks are currently handing out free Magic Books.

Clash of Clans creator codes
Creator codes don’t give you items directly. Instead, a small share of your in-game purchases goes to the content creator you choose. Each code stays active for about a week, so if you want to keep supporting the same creator, you’ll need to enter their name again once it expires.

How to enter a creator code
- Tap the Settings (gear) icon in the bottom right of your village.
- Select “More Settings.”
- Scroll to the bottom of the page.
- Find the “Creator Boost” section and tap “Enter Code.”
- Type one of the codes above (for example, judo) and confirm.
Keep in mind that the code resets every 7 days, so you’ll need to enter it again after that.
How to farm gems without codes
Rather than hunting for codes, these are the most reliable ways to earn gems this month:
Clearing obstacles: The snowy trees that come with the winter theme drop a good number of gems when you remove them.
Clan Games: Clan Games start in the last week of the month. Completing them lets you pick 50 to 100 gems along with magic items.
